Book your Hotel Step by Step
1. When you click the 'Book Now' button on the Dutchman Adventure Cognia Event page, you will be redirected to our reservation platform (WeTravel). Please note that the listed prices for both Single and Double rooms are based on a two-night stay.
2. Please select the nights you plan to stay, these will most likely correspond with the Cognia conference dates. If you’d like to add extra nights before or after the event, you’ll be able to do that later in the booking process. For now, just make sure to choose the first night of your stay in Quito.
3. To proceed with your booking, please complete all required information. This is essential for us to secure your reservation with the selected hotel.
4. Once you reach the Add-ons section, you can select the number of extra nights you'd like to book, based on your preferred room type. Please note that after completing your booking, we’ll send you an email asking for the specific dates you’d like to reserve for your additional nights, if selected.
5. Complete your payment to finalize the booking. If you prefer, you can change the currency to your local one, several options are available, though not all currencies are supported. If your currency isn’t listed, no problem, the payment will still be processed in USD.
